Born in Grottaglie (TA) on March 29, 1978, Carmine Fanigliulo (musician, composer, arranger and conductor), attended the musical middle school where Prof. Gabriella Pastore introduced him to the study of classical music and especially the violin. At the age of 14 he enrolled at the “G. Paisiello” in Taranto where he graduated in viola followed by M° Fernando Toma. A versatile musician, he has collaborated with pop music artists (Lucio Dalla, Ron, Renato Zero) and theater artists (Giuseppe Pambieri, Paola Gassman, Mita Medici), and various national orchestras (Magna Grecia of Taranto, Sinfonica Pescarese, Goffredo Petrassi of Zagarolo ). He attended (again as a violist) orchestral master classes (in Lanciano, Lecce and Taranto). In 2004 he wrote, recorded and arranged a CD entitled "CHE ORA E" (on the figure of the Jesuit saint Francesco de Geronimo, patron saint of Grottaglie) which received wide acclaim. In 2007 it was the turn of the CD "IL VIAGGIO", 10 songs arranged for string quartet. Since 2009 he has been director of the "Orchestra del Liceo Moscati" project in Grottaglie (TA). In the same year he recorded his third songwriting entitled "FORTUNA CE LA MUSICA". In October 2010 he formed the baroque musical group "LA VAGA HARMONIA" and produced the first CD of the group called "A MODO JONICO" together with his friend Francesco De Leonardis, and in December 2011 "ITE OMAI ASPRI GUAI" was released. , second recording project of Baroque music entirely produced by the same group of La Vaga Harmonia. He has numerous recordings and publications of CDs as a musician, arranger and songwriter. In 2013 he presented his latest work entitled "1978". In 2014 he wrote the soundtrack for the short film Gloria by the Tarantino director Carlo Barbalucca. In 2015 he wrote the soundtrack of the short film "Bella mia" again by the Tarantino director Carlo Barbalucca. In December 2016 he published his fifth work entitled "Cantautori". In 2019 his latest record entitled "Welcome to this world" was released.
